Željko Grahovac (1955)

Born on July 10, 1955 in Zenica. He is a professor of philosophy and sociology by profession, but he works as a literary critic, essayist and poet - within his status of a free artist.
He has published the following books: “Sveto rastrojstvo” (“Holy Alienation”), poetry, ( Sarajevo ,  “Veselin Masleša”, 1986.) ; “Dahom i sluhom- kroz Hrvatsku poeziju XX. stoljeća” (“Breathing and Listening – through Croatian Poetry of the 20 th Century”) (selction and essays) , (Novi Travnik, HKD; “Napredak”, 1996); “Kamen krcat je suncima” (“Stone Full of Suns”), poetry, (Authorial edition, 1997); “Anđelko Vuletić- pjesnik žeđi i poruge” (“Anđelko Vuletić – a Poet of Thirst and Mockery”), literary critical monographic study, (Mostar , “Grafex”,1998.); “Sricanje i nicanje” (“Reading and Growing”), essays and criticism, (Sarajevo , “Sarajevo-publishing”, 1999.);
“Staništa i prominuća svjetlosti” (“Habitats and Passings of Light”), literary critical monographic study about the works of V.Lukić, (Sarajevo , HKD “Napredak”, 1999.); “Ponestaje prostora” (“Space is Becoming Scarce”), panorama of the newest B-H poetry (selection and essays), (Bihać, “Delta”, 2001.)
